Advisor - Mr. Love
The mission of the Civil Rights Club attempts to reduce bias-motivated behaviors and harassment in our schools. The club works to engage students to think about issues related to:
- Race
- National Origin and ancestry
- Religion
- Disabilities
- Gender (including gender identity and expression)
- Sexual orientation
Bias based behaviors can be especially damaging to students so the Civil Rights Club works to make all students feel welcome and safe at Madison Junior Senior High School so everyone can have access to education free from harassment. Civil Rights is there to inform, support, and understand all students.
